In such cases our standard hourly rates will apply. The Walker Law Firm, PLC will determine if a potential client’s case falls into the uncontested divorce category. Representation commences with the entry of a Representation Agreement by both the client and The Walker Law Firm, PLC and our receipt of the flat fee or a deposit towards our hourly rate.

Generally, cases will be filed in Loudoun County Circuit Court, regardless of the county in which you live.
